  • Camaros are like Lays...you can't own just one!!!

Well, it's finally official, I'm adding a second Camaro to my collection. My dad has FINALLY agreed to sell me his 85 IROC. I've only been trying to buy this car from him for the past 12 years or so but he talked me out of it a few times and didn't want to let me make payments to him. He's finally gonna let me make payments to him after I get my SS paid off next August.
About the car: 85 Iroc with 305 TPI auto, full power, silver with burgandy interior, T tops and only 45,XXX miles!!! I've got it for the weekend then taking it back up to my dad's to store until I get my SS paid off.

I always blur plates except for my vanity plate. I've got a vanity plate in mind for this car when I get it in my name next year. I hope it'll still be available then. I even took the car to a show today up in Belding(where I grew up and my parents still live).

Such a virgin car wade. That is one fine camaro! A lot of people disregard thirdgens because of the powerplants of the day, but you will get compliments on it regardless for it being nice, clean thirdgens seem to be hard to come across.

This has been my experience at least... (people dont think the generation is the greatest but they think its awesome for how clean of a thirdgen it is)

It's clean but still needs a few little things here and there. It definately doesn't have the power of my SS! I gotta build a barn so I can keep it here! A 2 car garage with 4 vehicles just isn't cutting it!

damn lucky ass. that car is nice as hell. But I know what your talking about with the car thing, we have a two car garage and only one car fits in it (mine ) and we have 5 vehicles used to have 6

Over the summer we had 14 cars.

Two stall garage... shed that fits 3 cars and a 3-4 car polebarn.

                Figure that out...

yeah i'm not a big fan of third gens either, but it looks clean! i actually drove a 3rd gen the other day though. when i went to pick up my SS from Sean At CARS, it wasn't ready yet, so he gave me another customer of his's car to take to my work and clean up some from him...it was a 25 anniversary Z28 that had a Turbo Trans Am Motor swap in it, it was kinda cool, not that fast but fun to drive and the turbo made all the cool noises

F-Body's are great....i love 'em...can't have just 1 like you said

I've always loved the 3rd gens. I think the early IROCs are the best followed by the 91-92 Z's. That stupid 85mph speed sucks though!

Sweet looking Iroc. I've always wanted 1 my self. Not a fan of the red interior though.
